Our Origins…
Hello Hello! Its Tom, head bartender(and often lead entertainment) behind Barrel and Bloom. I created this company as a result of the subpar wedding and event bartenders in Colorado. The cocktails they made were fine but the experience was at best forgettable and at worst outwardly rude. I began to think that Colorado deserved a higher class of bartender. With nothin but the mission statement to maximize joy at every event Barrel and Bloom was born.

How we deliver
I aim to deliver on my promise to maximize joy at every event we host not just by creating the best menu or by crafting perfect cocktails. My staff is meticulously selected based on their experience and personality. We entertain by cracking jokes, engaging in conversation and fueling the dance floor from behind the bar. Your guests will have the time of their lives because we are too.
